The property has the first certified Forest Therapy Trail in the United States, located on the Hundred Acre Farm. Guests can hike the trails, fish in the two-acre stocked lake, and kayak or canoe. The farm also has a rope swing, bonfire area, and walking paths through the meadow and garden.

Children can feed the farm animals including horses, a donkey, a goat, chickens, ducks, and peacocks. The farm provides a rope swing, a tire swing, and nature trails for exploration. The inn is pet-friendly, allowing dogs in the Hillside Cottage, and offers a friendly white dog named Summer.
